1. Delivery Zones
ICE GLOW currently ships to mainland France and all European Union countries. For delivery requests outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next available business day.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are between 7 and 15 business days from the date of dispatch. These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, or exceptional circumstances.
📦 As ICE GLOW operates on a dropshipping model, products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses. Slightly longer delays may occur during peak demand periods.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website using this number.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed. ICE GLOW may offer free shipping above a certain order amount, subject to current promotions.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, please note your reservations with the carrier upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours via our contact form. In the event of a confirmed lost parcel, ICE GLOW will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.
