1. Customer Support

ICE GLOW is committed to responding to all customer enquiries within 48 business hours. To reach us, please use the contact form available on the store or send us an email directly.

2. Returns & Refunds

All return requests must be reported to ICE GLOW before sending the product back. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Defective Products

If your product arrives with a defect, please contact us immediately with a photo or video clearly showing the issue. In such cases, ICE GLOW will cover all costs related to replacement or a full refund — at no charge to the customer.

4. Warranty

All ICE GLOW products are covered by the statutory legal warranty of conformity for a period of 2 years, in accordance with Articles L.217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.

5. Use of the Store

The ICE GLOW store is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Any reproduction, extraction, or commercial use of the store's content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

6. Changes to Terms

ICE GLOW reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the store following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
