Terms & Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all purchases made through the ICE GLOW online store. By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these terms.

2. Products

All products listed on the ICE GLOW store are described as accurately as possible. ICE GLOW reserves the right to modify its product range at any time without prior notice. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

3. Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. ICE GLOW reserves the right to update prices at any time. Orders will be charged at the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

An order becomes final upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is automatically sent to the address provided by the customer. ICE GLOW reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a stock issue or an obvious pricing error.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely online via the methods available at checkout (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.). ICE GLOW does not store any banking or card information.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Liability

ICE GLOW shall not be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of its products, nor for delivery delays caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to customs delays, strikes, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no resolution is reached, the competent French courts shall have jurisdiction.
